Buying products on the Nusha Jewelery website is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) andNusha Jewelery is exempt from VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Payment for the product is made exclusively viaStripes system for online payments. Stripe is a secure payment processing system that uses state-of-the-art encryption protocols to protect your personal and card information.

Nusha Jewelery does not store or process your card details. All transactions are made through secure Stripe servers, which means your data is protected at all times.

Once we confirm your order and payment, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be displayed during the ordering process. In the event of a delay or delivery problem, we will notify you via email.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The products must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of damage or errors on our part.
